When you arrive to your initial consultation you will be asked to complete, with the help of the practitioner, a short health questionnaire.

Once that is done you will lie, fully clothed on the practitioner bed. If you are unable to lie down for any reason, this can be worked around easily. If you are unable to move various body parts due to injury or pain then the use of a surrogate may be recommended. Either way, there are many ways to carry out a treatment, and it is often said that no two kinesiology treatments are ever the same.

The practitioner will use a number of painless muscle tests to identify imbalances in the body. Once these imbalances have been identified, nutritional suggestions, lymphatic massage, acupressure and other emotional and energy balancing techniques will be utilised to restore balance.

Your initial consultation should last approximately 1.5 hours.
Any follow up appointments will be around 1 hour.

“I totally recommend an appointment to see for yourself how Jamie can read your body’s wishes. Initially I visited for a circulation complaint, it turned out to be digestive, my ileocecal valve needed balancing. I showed improvement within days.” – Louise Allen
